Description
TheBounty is a free montecarlo raytracing engine.
Raytracing is a rendering technique for generating realistic images by tracing the path of light through a 3D scene. A render engine consists of a specialised computer program that interacts with a host 3D application to provide specific raytracing capabilities "on demand".
The TheBounty engine is supported in Blender and Wings 3D. TheBounty is licensed under LGPLv3+, the Blender addon under GPLv2+.
Installation Instructions
Problems with COPR repo can be reported on the forum, or on the GitHub issue tracker. In last case, please mention @rubdos.
This repo is semi-automatically updated and rebuilt each release.
Installation is easy; add the copr repo, install thebounty. If you want the Blender addon, install thebounty-blender.
dnf copr enable rubdos/TheBounty
dnf install thebounty
dnf install thebounty-blender
if you want the Wings3D addon, please be patient. If this notice is still here when the Wings3D addon is in the repo, please tell me to change it.
