Automatic kmods build and install tool with support for automatic signing for secure boot.
This replaces package kmodtool with patches from https://src.fedoraproject.org/fork/nvieville/rpms/kmodtool/commits/secure_boot_key_features. Bug tracker for secure boot functionality in akmods: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1454824.
