Upstream hwloc in RHEL Enterprise compatible distros 8 and 9 affected by this bug: https://github.com/open-mpi/hwloc/issues/525. This repo fixes it. Git repo: https://github.com/sergoops/hwloc-almalinux9-patched

Installation Instructions

Just add copr repo and then replace official hwloc packages with ones from repo.
