This is an attempt to build Emacs 30 on CentOS Stream 10
Beware, this is only a pgtk build. Also, I have no idea what I'm doing.
Installation Instructions
$ sudo dnf copr enable skyler544/emacs-30-centos-10
$ sudo dnf update
$ sudo dnf install emacs
