Installation Instructions
# enable paper copr repository
su -c "dnf -y copr enable snwh/paper"
# install the icon and gtk theme
su -c "dnf -y install paper-icon-theme paper-gtk-theme"

NOTE:
- RPM packages will be releases at least once each week if there's an update to the project's official DEB packages here.
- New releases will be stalled if any of these cases hold true:
- an official repo for Fedora and other RedHat distributions comes into existence.
- there is no progress within the project in months.
