tjikkun/dnsdist

Description

dnsdist for EL-6. This is not in EPEL because of the need for a newer gcc.

Installation Instructions

To install:

wget -O /etc/yum.repos.d/tjikkun-dnsdist-epel-6.repo \
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/tjikkun/dnsdist/repo/epel-6/tjikkun-dnsdist-epel-6.repo
yum install dnsdist

For a very simple test you can run:

dnsdist 8.8.4.4 208.67.220.220

You can also have a look at /usr/share/doc/dnsdist-*/dnsdist.conf.sample for an example config that you can place in /etc/dnsdist/dnsdist.conf
