Updated quassel irc client and bouncer for EL6

quassel-core in EPEL6 doesn't seem to work with quassel-client in Fedora 23. Trying an updated quassel to see if that will make things work.

Installation Instructions

You'll need EPEL6 enabled and the kde-redhat third party repository. Get the kde-redhat repo file from: http://kdeforge.unl.edu/apt/kde-redhat/epel/kde.repo and put it in /etc/yum.repos.d/
