This is a fork of nmilosev's work. He and tmds deserve all the credit.
New package repository for new .NET Core packages. Builds from source with Rover Bootstrap tool and RHEL binaries for payload.

Installation Instructions
sudo dnf copr enable ttorling/dotnet-clean
sudo dnf install dotnetcore
mkdir project && cd project
dotnet new
dotnet restore
dotnet run
