Description

A GNOME tool for collecting system and user data. The collected data is anonymous and is sent to a secure server. The data will be used only for the purpose of enhancing usability and user experience of GNOME.

Installation Instructions

Using dnf or yum

Enable copr repo using #> dnf copr enable vstanek/gnome-info-collect
Install using #> dnf install gnome-info-collect
Run #> gnome-info-collect

Without dnf or yum

For Fedora systems without dnf or yum (Silverblue), you have to install the repo manually.

Download the repo for your distribution version below
Copy/move it to /etc/yum.repos.d/
Install using your package manager, e.g. for Silverblue #> rpm-ostree install gnome-info-collect
