Goal is to generate a compatible 4kopen kernel (not yet 100% upstream) for Fedora and also to recompile some packages which are not available for armv7 in Copr

update: Since kernel 5.15, 4kOpen is now upstream!

After kernel installation, since 4kopen use uboot, we need to generate an uImage (uboot compatible)
