Installation Instructions

This package needs Projects_Deps copr

sudo dnf copr enable xoloitzcuintle/Projects_Deps

For review purpose: Tests wont pass due to orjson (not in repos), httpx, httpcore, h2, h11 lower versions and its F32 only due to Python 3.9 ast "issues"
