"Since time immemorial, humanity has strived to create software that is released on-time and without constraits for their users. The population, asking for nothing except speedy delivery of updates, have raged for centuries: 'Please, simply give us our updates as soon as the lords of programming releases them!'... The workers, those who prepare the lords' fruits of wisdom for consumption by the general populace ask for nothing more, but the local governments and creator lordships could not come to a mutual understanding for a common schedule to release said fruits." "Until one day, the skies parted ways, a ray of sunshine shone through the clouds, pointing to a small town in the outskirts of the kingdom, one amongst many, deciding to at least help bridge the gap. Welcome. Welcome to said town." Okay, okay, that was me just being overly dramatical. The explanation for the existence of this COPR is simple: The KDE release schedule and Fedora's are often at odds. We do have a KDE Beta COPR for unstable software (WARNING: Do not use in conjunction with this one!), but we thought some users might appreciate getting the final version of KDE Plasma sooner after it is released. DISCLAIMERS: This is provided as-is, blahblahblah... But yes, there might still be breakages, as we cannot run QA operations on this release. But things posted here have at least been tested in Rawhide beforehand, so it should be safe. WARNING: Does not include the X11 runtimes. This Copr will not build anything but x86_64 versions.

@kdesig/plasma-6-unstable

This repository contains builds of pre-releases of Plasma 6 (alpha and beta releases, release candidates etc.). The aim of this repository is to allow users to test new features and changes in Plasma 6 before it is released and provide feedback to upstream. The software provided here may be unstable and not ready for day-to-day use. If you find a bug or crash, please send a bug report to bugs.kde.org, or poke us on Matrix (#fedora-kde) if you are not sure if it's a Plasma bug or packaging issue.
