Dashboard-timer is a set of system d timers and services that will turn off and on monitors running GNOME at specific times. It can replace any past uses of xrandr to do this task on Wayland, so long as they are running GNOME.
Install the rpm, change the dashboard-on and dashboard-off timers located in
/usr/lib/systemd/user/ to your liking. After that, run
systemctl --user enable dashboard-on.timer dashboard-off.timer as the user running the dashboard and you should be golden.
