Description
Custom build of VIM based on this question on stackoverflow. Mainly due to fedora vanilla VIM not including support for LUA, TCL, Racket and others.
Installation Instructions
The usual installation for vim:
sudo dnf install vim-common
sudo dnf install vim-enhanced
sudo dnf install vim-minimal
sudo dnf install vim-X11
