dapperlinux/kernel

Porting dapper-secure-kernel-patchset to GCC 8 is a real problem, as it is both far off and very near. For now, I want to get Dapper Linux 28 underway, but I still need the kernel to be built with GCC 7. So this project will build dapper-secure-kernel targeting Dapper Linux 27, and will be used on Dapper Linux 28 as a repo, with an override in place.
