kstailey/vmstat--bsd

Page scanning rate option for procps(-ng). The scanning rate for page reclamation is an important statistic, some say the most important one because page scanning happens when you do not have enough physical memory and knowing if everything fits well into memory is an important thing. On BSD and Solaris the "sr" ("scanning rate") column is not missing like on Linux. This is a work-in-progress: currently only "vmstat -b" (without "-s") works right.
