This repository provides newer versions of the Back in Time (BiT) application, a simple backup program which is inspired by Flyback and TimeVault. Note for Users of Fedora 24 and up Starting with Fedora 24, up-to-date packages are part of Fedora's main repository. Notes: Upgrading to Back in Time 1.1.x Fedora currently provides BiT 1.0.x in its repositories. This repository however provides upgraded versions from the 1.1.x line of the software. Before installing, please consider that there were major changes. Instead of providing separate clients for GNOME and KDE, the project now has a unified Qt4 based client. If you nevertheless wish to upgrade, first uninstall your current BiT packages by running dnf remove backintime\* Afterwards, install backintime and backintime-qt4.
