EPEL 9 ONLY! Anki 2.1.13 the almost last not bloated release, doesn't come with bullet points and ordered lists out of the box but that can be added with addons, is also fairly easy to build using python3. I'm only building RHEL9 packages here anyways. I basically just use the openSUSE srcrpm and modify it for RHEL. Needs python3-pyaudio from my COPR repo. DOES NOT INSTALL THE MANPAGES ATM, WILL UPDATE IF IT DOES!
