axmat/livhpc

Various things originally used on the Liverpool University HPC service that aren't yet, or can't be (e.g. using dkms), in Fedora/EPEL, as well as rebuilds and modifications of existing packages. This used to target principally EPEL6, bt now is mainly for EPEL7 -- other targets are currently mostly for testing the packaging. See also the parallel gridengine repo. [This no longer reflects Liverpool usage, but I've kept the name for now.] People who don't believe in packaging might still find this useful for providing build recipes. You can extract the .spec file from the downloaded source of package X like this and look at the %prep and %build sections: rpm2cpio X-*.src.rpm | cpio -i X.spec You can use rpm2cpio also on Debian-ish systems. elxreno/bees

bees is a block-oriented userspace deduplication agent designed for large btrfs filesystems. It is an offline dedupe combined with an incremental data scan capability to minimize time data spends on disk from write to dedupe. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

miniprise/somethings

Some stuff I need. Currently: bisq miniserve b3sum wgcf ncspot If you notice that some packages are removed its because I remove them if they are included in Fedora repositories or they catch back and aren't old versions anymore. No action need to be taken since dnf will handle it and get automatically the newest versions from Fedora repositories.

kni/zfs-auto-snapshot

An alternative implementation of the zfs-auto-snapshot service for Linux that is compatible with zfs-linux and zfs-fuse. Automatically create, rotate, and destroy periodic ZFS snapshots. This is the utility that creates the @zfs-auto-snap_frequent, @zfs-auto-snap_hourly, @zfs-auto-snap_daily, @zfs-auto-snap_weekly, and @zfs-auto-snap_monthly snapshots if it is installed. This program is a possibly correct bourne shell script. It depends only on the zfs utilities and cron, and can run in the dash shell. Based on poettlerric/zfs-auto-snapshot, this build uses the latest git commit from the project and fixes several non-fatal rpmlint errors and warnings.
