It is a generic variant of SeaMonkey for epel7, suitable as a source to provide a generic distro-independent package for most Linuxes. To do this, it builds with all the bundled libraries provided upstream, instead of el7 ones. The resulting binaries can be repacked in a generic tarball form, and then can be used in any distro with glibc >= 2.17
