Description
OpenPBS® software optimizes job scheduling and workload management in high-performance computing (HPC) environments – clusters, clouds, and supercomputers – improving system efficiency and people’s productivity.
The official OpenPBS project only provided RPMs for CentOS 8, and the RPMs depend on libhwloc.so.5(). Hereby I supply some other packages, for 8 Stream and 7.

Installation Instructions
There are 4 rpm packages in this repo:
openpbs-client, submit binaries, for submit node / client PC onlyopenpbs-devel, headers and libraries, for MPI programs like OpenMPI and MPICH / Mvapich to reference while building.openpbs-execution, MOM for execution nodesopenpbs-server, scheduler and MOM for head nodes and standalone server
Usually, users should install openpbs-server on header / standalone nodes, and openpbs-execution on execution nodes.
