Description
IceWM is a window manager for the X Window System (freedesktop, XFree86). The goal of IceWM is speed, simplicity, and not getting in the user's way.

Installation Instructions
sudo dnf copr enable atim/icewm -y
sudo dnf install icewm
You can install minimal version of IceWM without all optional dependencies as well:
sudo dnf copr enable atim/icewm -y
sudo dnf install icewm-minimal-session --setopt=install_weak_deps=False
Optional xde-menu you can find there.
