Project ID: 158831
Description
From upstream: A simple zero-config tool to make locally trusted development certificates with any names you'd like.
Very useful for local development environments that need TLS support for internal web sites where an acme-based TLS certificate is not feasible or needed. mkcert
basically sets up a local certificate authority on your workstation and configures Firefox and possibly other web browsers to recognize certs created using the CA and deployed to web sites on your local network (VMS, containers, lan, etc).
