Why it gets stuck when loading packages at startup?
It gets stuck when you have some repo gpg keys pending to be accepted with dnf running as user. This is because user dnf and root dnf have separate databases. You need to accept the gpg repo keys with your user dnf to this program to properly load. Just run some search request like dnf search firefox -y ,without sudo, to accept all the keys.
When doing some action this programs asks me the sudo password, how can I enter it?
This program runs dnf commands as inside a terminal. You need to press the "command" button, enter your sudo password in the box and press enter. The password will appear in plain so be aware that this is not precisely "super safe", especially under Xorg. The command box allows the user to type any custom command btw.
Both the upper troubles can be avoided running the program with sudo but this is not recommended.
The output always says that no packages are available:
Search output is divided between "installed" "not installed" and "upgrades". Default view is "installed" so if you look for a program that you don't have installed on your system it will appear that is not available. Just change the view to "not installed" and it will be there.
