Description

Temporary "EPEL 10" packages for Python c10s CI. Once EPEL 10 is available this will be moved to it.

No support is provided for this beyond the need to use those packages in c10s CI test.

The intention is to have:

• virtualenv
• tox
• mock (as in the chroot build environment manager for building RPMs, not the Python mock package)

Installation Instructions

Don't use this.

Instead, add 'https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/packages/epel-release/10/1.el10_0/noarch/epel-release-10-1.el10_0.noarch.rpm' at the beginning of required_packages.
