SELinux package to let tor execute pluggable transport plugins, like obfs4

This is a temporary solution until bug #1496274 is fixed in Fedora.

Installation Instructions

Install this package using dnf normally if you want to use any pluggable transports on a Fedora system with SELinux enabled:

dnf copr enable hedayat/tor-exec-transport-selinux
dnf install tor-exec-transport-selinux
