Nebula is a networking overlay tool that lets you connect computers in a way similar to Tinc or Wireguard.
There exist multiple other projects that are also named "nebula", so choosing "nebula-overlay-networking" to avoid naming collisions as well as being a bit more descriptive than just "nebula".
Installation Instructions
Notice as of writing this (2021-09-30) there is a bug that makes dnf copr enable any/copr-repo fail with Error: This repository does not have any builds yet so you cannot enable it now. on Centos Stream 8. It has been fixed a few days ago but not yet released. I opted to just modify one of the installed files manually.
