Installation Instructions

Enable PowerTools on CentOS 8

sudo dnf config-manager  --enable PowerTools

Enable CodeReady repo on RHEL8

ARCH=$( /bin/arch )
sudo subscription-manager repos --enable "codeready-builder-for-rhel-8-${ARCH}-rpms"

Enable EPEL

sudo dnf install https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-8.noarch.rpm

Enable the i3 repo

sudo dnf copr enable jedgecombe/i3

Install i3

sudo dnf -y install dmenu i3 i3status i3lock
