Fedora build of needed software for running mapillary_tools on Fedora without the need to use pip

Installation Instructions

just install the mapillary_tools with all dependencies in this repository and use according to the official guides.

NOT WORKING YET: WORK IN PROGRESS -- there is a mess of outdated packages these tools depend on and whole code base is still in python2 without open-sourced test framework verification of the functionality is mess:
