Just a rebuild of whatever is in the current Fedora repoes because haxe is conflicting with nekovm again

Installation Instructions
Enable the repo via:
sudo dnf copr enable moggers87/haxe-rebuild
Conflicts should resolve now and you'll be able to install Haxe on Fedora 36
