This also used to include anope, but anope is now upstream in all supported distributions, so don't use this one, it will eventually be removed

Installation Instructions

This provides irc-related (inspircd and services) for systemd-based fedora and CentOS.

Install them, configure them in /etc/ and start them with systemctl start
