Go to harmsk/sparkleshare for Fedora 23.
Installation Instructions
Install the sparkleshare package, you also need the elsupergome/mono repo as a dependency:
dnf copr enable elsupergomez/mono
dnf copr enable ocrete/sparkleshare-gtk3
yum install sparkleshare
