Vanilla CMake version with build tailored to work on all enterprise Linux version available.

Only modification are to make sure the runs fully under all supported O/S.

Installation Instructions

Note that option aren't as the standard cmake package of your most recent distributions. Some of the feature are disabled at build or test modified a bit to help. But most of the actual feature should work as expected.
