Installation Instructions
For EL7:

curl 'https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/scx/spec2scl/repo/epel-7/scx-spec2scl-epel-7.repo' > 'scx-spec2scl-epel-7.repo'
yum install 'spec2scl'
