skidnik/smtp-cli

smtp-cli — command line SMTP client smtp-cli is a powerful SMTP command line client with a support for advanced features, such as STARTTLS, SMTP-AUTH, or IPv6 and with a scriptable message composition capabilities supporting anything from simple plain-text messages right up to building complex HTML emails with alternative plain-text part, attachments and inline images. The MIME-Type of the attachments can either be guessed automatically or alternatively set on the command line, separately for each attachment if required. It's also a convenient tool for testing and debugging SMTP servers setups. Even the hardcore mail admins used to typing the SMTP protocol over telnet need a specialised tool when it comes to verifying encryption settings of their TLS enabled server with a subsequent user authentication. Such things are pretty hard to type into a telnet session by hand :-)

skidnik/i3blocks

i3blocks i3blocks is a highly flexible status line for the i3 window manager. It handles clicks, signals and language-agnostic user scripts. The content of each block (e.g. time, battery status, network state, ...) is the output of a command provided by the user. Blocks are updated on click, at a given interval of time or on a given signal, also specified by the user. It aims to respect the i3bar protocol, providing customization such as text alignment, urgency, color, and more. For more information check the project home. NOTE! Since 1.5 release i3blocks does not ship blocklets. Clone the i3blocks-contrib repo and install them where your global command= points to or install the i3blocks-contrib package from here. i3blocks-contrib A collection of community-contributed scripts. Currently created off a #45e5679 commit since there is no 1.5 release yet. Packaged as follows: blocklet executables are installed under /usr/libexec/i3blocks documentation (READMEs, i3blocks.conf examples, etc.) is installed under /usr/share/doc/i3blocks-contrib dependencies for blocklet scripts are numerous and not included, refer to corresponding README and install them. WARNING Before installing back up your scripts in /usr/libexec/i3blocks. dnf will replace them without asking.

skidnik/termite

TERMITE IS OBSOLETED BY ALACRITTY You should use Alacritty instead of Termite. It has a keyboard-based selection mode inspired by Termite and Alacritty 0.8 adds a generic regex hints mode comparable to Termite's URL hints mode. The user interface is very much in the same spirit as Termite including a very minimal user interface delegating handling tabs and splits to a window manager like i3. Alacritty is dramatically faster than VTE along with being significantly more robust and secure. It's written in a modern, safe programming language (Rust) and uses OpenGL for efficient rendering. A keyboard-centric VTE-based terminal, aimed at use within a window manager with tiling and/or tabbing support. Homepage Also vte-ng, which is required for it to actually be keyboard-centric. Built to not conflict with native Fedora's vte291 package. Regards to wyvie for initial specs I then modified.
