@osbuild/centpkg

This started as a centpkg rebuild for c10s for the purpose of osbuild and osbuild-composer CI. However, it evolved into a catch-all repository for rebuilding all the missing stuff for c10s / el10, which is usually available in the EPEL repository. These packages are not supported for any other purpose than internal use by the Image builder team.
