Kubernetes v1.28, cri-o 1.28, and cri-tools 1.28

Kubernetes v1.28 was replaced by v1.29 in rawhide. F39 has Kubernetes v1.27 so this repository provides v1.28 for Fedora with additional packages for Fedora 39. As of v1.28.7, Kubernetes requires golang 1.21 so will not be available on F38 until golang 1.21 is available.

Installation Instructions

Add this repository and install using DNF or rpm-ostree.
