Description

Remove the %patchN deprecation warnings from rpmbuild.

The warning is annoying and pointless and impossible to do anything about when working on packages in certain contexts. Rpm has plenty of warts and trying to fix this specific one is just silly at best.

This adds an Epoch to rpm to prevent the patch from being removed on upgrades.
