Mutter compositor with EGLStream support

Installation Instructions

1. Install NVIDIA proprietary driver

(if you encounter any problems when installing using distro-specific package managers and/or third-party repositories, please, try using the official NVIDIA .run installer)

2. Get the latest version of libnvidia-egl-wayland.so

dnf install egl-wayland

Or manually build from:

https://github.com/NVIDIA/egl-wayland

3. Make sure 'nvidia-drm' will be loaded with option 'modeset=1':

echo 'options nvidia_drm modeset=1' >> /etc/modprobe.d/nvidia.conf

4. Enable this repository:

dnf copr enable mvicomoya/mutter-eglstream

5. Reinstall mutter:

dnf --disablerepo="*" --enablerepo="mvicomoya-mutter-eglstream" reinstall mutter
