This Copr is deprecated as Fedora now includes OpenRGB in its main repository. Please disable this Copr and install the Fedora version:
sudo dnf copr disable name/OpenRGB; sudo dnf reinstall openrgb

I2C devices by default are group:video in Fedora, so you may want to add yourself to this group and re-login:
sudo usermod -a -G video username
