Bringing Jitter RNG Daemon to RHEL8 and derivatives as an installable package. (RHEL9, with its newer kernel, has no need for it.)

Only available on primary architectures. Please get in touch if you want to see it on another arch.

Installation Instructions

After enabling this repo as shown in the sidebar,

dnf in jitterentropy-rngd

Then,

systemctl enable --now jitterentropy

To upgrade,

dnf --disablerepo="*" --enablerepo="copr:copr.fedorainfracloud.org:tkbcopr:jitterentropy-rngd" --refresh up
