Installation Instructions

To install:

Open Terminal and run

su -c "dnf -y copr enable user501254/Arc && dnf -y install arc-theme arc-icon-theme"

For non-transparent version of the GTK theme use

su -c "dnf -y copr enable user501254/Arc && dnf -y install arc-theme-solid arc-icon-theme"

The arc-theme & arc-theme-solid both can not be installed simultaneously.

You can then enable theme by using the gnome-tweak-tool.
