Builds of kafs-related tools, mainly to experiment with EL8 builds.
The Fedora kernels have kafs enabled. The default EL8 kernels do not, but suitable kernels for EL7 and EL8 are available in the elrepo kernel-ml package.
Any packages here which do not conflict with the base distro should be moved to Fedora/EPEL.
First install the elrepo kernel-ml package and reboot into that kernel. Then enable the copr and run a yum update to replace the filesystem and keyutils packages. Then: yum install krb5-workstation kafs-client keyutils
Next, in /etc/kafs/client.d/thiscell.conf add a [default] section and add a key thiscell with a suitable value, and start the afs.mount service.
Finally, (possibly as a non-root user) run kinit with a suitable principal as parameter and then run aklog-kafs with the cell name as parameter. Now authenticated AFS access should be enabled.
